   Welcome to Agriwatt Hub LTD’s eCommerce platform ("Platform"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile app, and purchase of agricultural products/services. By accessing or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms.

   • Agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides)

   • Agritech solutions (IoT devices, farm software)  
   • Consultation services (data analytics, precision farming support)  
3. User Accounts

6. Returns & Refunds

   • Incorrect Items: Return unused items in original packaging within 7 days.  
   • Non Returnable: Perishable goods (e.g., seeds, organic inputs) unless defective.  
   • Refund Processing: 5–10 business days after return approval.

   All Platform content (logos, product descriptions, software) is owned by Agriwatt Hub LTD. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.  
8. Limitation of Liability  
   Agriwatt Hub LTD is not liable for:  
   • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, crop losses).  
   • Third-party product performance.  
   • Delivery delays due to external factors (weather, logistics).  
   • User errors in product selection/application.  
9. Termination  
   We may suspend/terminate accounts for:  
   • Violation of these Terms.  
   • Fraudulent activity.  
   • Nonpayment.  
10. Governing Law & Disputes 
    • These Terms are governed by Kenyan law.  
    • Disputes will be resolved in Nairobi courts.  
11. Changes to Terms 
    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
