Agriwatt Hub LTD – Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
You may request returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items shipped by us
- Unopened/non-perishable goods in original packaging
Non-eligible items:
- Perishable goods (seeds, fertilizers, organic inputs)
- Software/agritech devices with broken seals
- Personalized/custom-ordered equipment
- Return Process
To initiate a return: - Step 1: Email returns@agriwatthub.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of damaged/incorrect items
- Reason for return
- Step 2: We’ll email a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24-48 hours
- Step 3: Ship items to our Kitengela warehouse with RA number clearly marked
- Exchange Process
For exchanges: - Follow the same return process above
- Specify preferred replacement item in your email
- No additional shipping fees if the exchange is due to our error
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed via:
- Original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive returned items
- Store credit (optional) if faster resolution is preferred
Deductions may apply for:
- Missing original packaging
- Items showing signs of use
- Return shipping costs (unless our error)
- Damaged-in-Transit Items
If your order arrives damaged: - Refuse delivery and contact us immediately
- We’ll arrange a free replacement shipment
- Keep all original packaging for inspection
- Agricultural Product Considerations
Special conditions apply to: - Seeds/Live Plants: Must report viability issues within 3 days of delivery with cultivation evidence
- Agri-Chemicals: Strictly non-returnable unless sealed and unopened
- IoT Devices: 14-day return window for factory defects only
