1. Delivery Areas 
   We currently ship to:
   • All counties in Kenya (mainland) 
   • Special arrangements for Tanzania/Uganda (contact us) 
   • Exclusions: Remote areas without road access 
2. Processing Time 
    
   • Orders placed before 2PM EAT: Processed same business day 
   • Weekend/holiday orders: Processed next business day 
   • Agri-tech equipment: Allow 1-2 days for quality checks 
3. Shipping Methods 
    
   • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days (urban), 5-7 (rural) 
   • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (+KES 500 fee) 
   • Farm Pickup: Free collection at our Kitengela warehouse 
4. Shipping Fees 
   Calculated based on:
   • Delivery location (zone-based pricing) 
   • Total order weight (volumetric weight for bulky items) 
   • Free shipping for orders over KES 15,000 
5. Agricultural Product Handling 
   Special protocols for:
   • Live Plants/Seedlings: Shipped Mondays-Wednesdays only 
   • Agri-Chemicals: Separately packaged per KEBS regulations 
   • Temperature-Sensitive Items: Insulated packaging (+KES 300) 
6. Order Tracking 
    
   • Receive SMS/email with tracking number upon dispatch 
   • Real-time updates via our website tracking portal 
   • Driver contact shared 1 hour before delivery 
7. Delivery Issues 
   If problems occur:
   • Failed deliveries: We'll attempt 2x before returning to warehouse 
   • Incorrect addresses: Customer bears reshipping costs 
   • Weather delays: We'll notify you immediately
